Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I will be sharing tips, anecdotes,
resources and information with you on a monthly basis. This one is
about taking time to smell the roses, being fully present and awake
with each moment and moving forward.
Please feel free to pass this on…
Enjoy the Season!
“The Hurried Life Syndrome: Antidotes”
Here are seven strategies to help manage what’s
on your plate, efficiently and effectively:
Cultivate a big picture, even if the picture is a
work in progress, tentative, changing, sometimes emerging with
clarity, sometimes not.
Combine tasks. Be able to shift priorities and
communicate your new action plan to those involved.
Allow more time than you think is necessary for
everyone and everything!
Say “no” without guilt. Designate tasks and
Exercise, eat well and get enough sleep.
Be positive and bring intention to your actions.
Listen to your intuition, your gut, and trust the choices you
make...you’re usually right!
Take time to play, laugh and love!
